Aleah Hayes - Coach, Co-Director Mid-MO Performance Satelite
I graduated high school from Ozark, MO in 2009. I received my Bachelor of Arts
of Psychology and a minor in Elementary Education in May 2014 and Masters of Art in Teaching in 2016, both from Columbia College. I competed in the Big 12 Conference and played volleyball at Texas Tech University as a defensive specialist and libero for the Red Raiders, I saw extensive playing time as a freshman and was a starter my sophomore season. I was a First Team Academic All-Big 12 selection in my first two years of college. I completed my college career at Columbia College and finished in the final four both years with a National Champion runner-up finish my senior year. I was an Honorable Mention All-American Libero, along with a Scholar Athlete and Champion of Character. In 2015, the Columbia College Cougars won the NAIA National Championship and I was on the coaching staff as a graduate assistant. In 2016, I was the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Evangel University. The following spring, I earned the AVCA 30 Under 30 coaching award and later earned the Wynn Award. in the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in the spring of 2017. I returned to my alma mater in 2017 as the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Columbia College. At Columbia, we were the 2018 NAIA National Champions Runner Up. This is my 9th season of club and my 7th with Performance. This year I took the helm at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens Texas as their Head Volleyball Coach. Go Cardinals! Along with my coaching duties I also head up the Mid MO Performance satellite teams. I have been around volleyball my entire life and truly love the sport. |
