I am in my eighth year coaching club volleyball and this is my fourth year with Performance. I am a member of the MO Sports Hall of Fame where I was inducted in 2016. I am by profession a register nurse from Ozark, MO and I will always have a passion for the sport of volleyball.
In high school I was the starting setter on the first MO State Championship Team (All Classes 1975). Licking High School returned the next two years for 2nd place honors. I played one season for Southwest Mo State (MSU) until a career path change where I finished my education at St John's School of Nursing.
I am a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) and am certified as a USA Volleyball CAP I Level coach. My Performance teams have been successful at National Qualifiers reaching the semi-finals 2014, 2016, and 2017, a 2016 MEQ finals second place and in 2015 qualified for the Girls Junior National Volleyball Tournament.
I am grateful for the opportunity to coach for Performance Volleyball as it allows me to give back to the next generation of young women. Volleyball is simply the tool I am privileged to use in hopes of passing on such traits as "hard work", "dedication", and "teamwork".
