Our mission is to guide and develop volleyball players with the technical and tactical training to reach their highest possible potential. We strive to assist each player to obtain and achieve maximum performance.
Philosophy: We believe Values are essential to accomplish our mission for players and team success. We care for our athletes.

Performance Objective
Performance Volleyball is dedicated to advancing the personal and athletic development of youth through the pursuit of excellence on and off the court. Volleyball is a tool to achieve this objective.
Goals 

1. To assist players in establishing and achieving goals.
   
2. To reinforce values, personal responsibility and personal growth.
   
3. To master fundamentals and tactics through the environment of diligent repetition and hard work.
   
4. To fuel the drive to succeed on and off the court.
   
5. To encourage players to believe in their ability to be the best they can be, so they will not settle for anything less than their best effort.

Commitment means: staying loyal to what you said you were going to do, long after the mood you said it in, has left you. 

Each person should use whatever gift he had received to serve others, faithfully administering Gods grace in its various forms.
